I started in real estate in 2014 on the risk-management side, as a sales representative for a leading Natural Hazard Disclosure company. I led its inside sales team to record sales in our market two years in a row.
In 2015, a family member got taken advantage of while selling their home. That experience, and seeing what good representation can do for people, moved me into brokerage. I started as an assistant, became a team leader, and built a team focused on value-add apartment buildings and commercial properties in Los Angeles.
Since then I’ve expanded, closing nearly $100 million in sales across 60 transactions and more than 265 units, all over Southern California.
My clients are just as varied. I work with private investors and funds building their portfolios, owners deciding what comes next, and traditional buyers, including first-time buyers and veterans using their VA benefits. I’ve also developed somewhat of a knack for selling distressed, troubled or otherwise difficult to sell properties.
Today I focus on what my clients need, not on a particular property type. I joke that I’ll sell anything with a parcel number, but the point is real: my clients’ needs change, and I change with them.
I love this work. I value learning how each client got to this moment, and I’m honored to be part of it.
